Round 1
Akmal dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Akmal winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Begovic connects with a hard punch making "The Wall Installer" bring him in to a tight clinch. Begovic tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. "The Wall Installer" has him on lockdown, peppering him with stiff shots. Two short elbows from the clinch put Josip Begovic off balance. Akmal holds him up, landing two more quick elbows. Akmal grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts Begovic under the eye. A couple of powerful body shots forces Akmal Rachman back to the corner. Josip Begovic swims to double underhooks. Akmal Rachman cannot stop Josip Begovic from stepping back and taking him to the floor.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
"The Wall Installer" eats a stiff kick to the face. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Akmal Rachman drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Josip Begovic sets a guillotine choke but Akmal Rachman slips out at the last moment. Akmal Rachman is now caught in guard. Josip Begovic attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Begovic lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Begovic strikes with a straight front kick. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Josip Begovic throws a push kick. Akmal Rachman shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Josip Begovics nose. Akmal Rachman connects with numerous jabs to the face of Josip Begovic. Josip connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Josip Begovic fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Akmal quickly takes his back. Josip Begovic carefully protects himself from Akmal Rachmans strikes. Josip tries to escape out the back but Rachman locks a crucifix, rolling Josip to his back. Josip is unable to defend against Akmals elbow strikes from the crucifix and he is knocked out cold.
