Round 1
Watson is staggered by a jab to the chin. A left high kick from Karl keeps Spencer at bay. Karl Foster connects with a hard right hand putting Spencer on the mat. Karl Foster goes down with him into side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Watson attempts to clinch, but Karl Foster connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Watson connects with a series of punches forcing Karl into a clinch. Spencer Watson drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Karl sets a guillotine choke but Spencer Watson slips out at the last moment. Spencer Watson is now caught in guard. Karl Foster backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Foster fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Spencer. Karl Foster connects with a stiff knee to the chin. Spencer Watson is dazed on the mat. Karl Foster kicks at the thighs of Spencer. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. Spencer circles Karl Foster, landing jabs and crosses at will. Karl Foster throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from "Warpath" puts Karl Foster on the mat giving his back up. Karl tries to explode out the backdoor but Watson sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Karl falls flat to protect himself. Karl Foster starts to wiggle out of back control, Watson lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Karl Foster keeps Spencer at a distance with some well timed jabs. Karl is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Round 3 comes to a close.
