Round 1
A shot catches Bull off balance and off guard. Floyd Ward spears him but can only manage to make it to guard. Floyd pushes down "Testess" leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Thompson tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Floyd Ward slips out of half guard and into side control. Floyd drops some hammer fists on Thompson. Ward attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Bull Thompson for his troubles. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Ward stuff a shot from "Testes" and lands several shots to the body. "Testes" attempts to pull guard but Ward pushes his way to half guard. Floyd Ward slips out of half guard and into side control. Floyd drops some hammer fists on Bull Thompson. "Testes" gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Floyd spins around to take it, "Testes" makes his way back to his feet. Bull narrowly dodges a cross from Ward, but falls catching him in his guard. While caught in the guard, Floyd Ward opens up a cut on "Testes" with a devestating elbow. Floyd Ward drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Floyd Ward drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Ward narrowly dodges a cross from "Testes", but falls catching him in his guard. Floyd gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Bull Thompson tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Floyd Ward hits an upward elbow on Thompson, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Thompson takes side control. Floyd almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Bull Thompson switches his posture a bit, and sets in an arm triangle choke. Floyd Ward turns purple then taps out.

Bull "Testes" Thompson wins by Submission (Arm Triangle Choke)
