Gary sends Koichi Miwa to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Miwa attempts to create some space from his guard, but Brown sees the opening and passes to full mount. Koichi gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Koichi Miwa starts to wiggle out of back control, Brown lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "always go 3 rounds" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Koichi Miwa to a corner. Koichi Miwa swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Gary Brown drops a few strong punches, opening up Miwas guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Miwa gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Gary peppers Koichi Miwa with several shots to the face. Koichi attempts to stand up, but "always go 3 rounds" throws his leg over, setting an armbar. Koichi taps out.
