Round 1 Watson circles Brett, landing jabs and crosses at will. A shot catches Brett off balance and off guard. Watson spears him but can only manage to make it to guard. Leclerc is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Corey Watson. Leclerc gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Brett Leclerc tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Corey drops an elbow onto the forehead of Brett Leclerc. Leclerc hips out allowing him to take "cold waters" back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 A looping right hook from Brett Leclerc sends Corey Watson to the mat. Leclerc attempts to drop a fist on Watson, but misses and lands in his guard. "cold water" connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Brett drops a few strong punches, opening up "cold waters" guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Brett maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Corey Watson gets pummeled by the fists of Leclerc. Corey Watson gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Leclerc lands a series of heavy punches forcing Watson to roll to his back, giving Leclerc mount. Corey Watson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. Brett Leclerc narrowly dodges a cross from Corey Watson, but falls catching him in his guard. Brett Leclerc shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Corey attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Brett Leclerc takes the chance to switch Corey over to mount him. Brett Leclerc secures his position. Watson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The bell signals the end of round 3.
