Round 1
Dave Bailey is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Dave Bailey can continue. After dodging a jab-cross, Sanders lands a kick to the liver of "Hells Halo" who steps back and begins to take a knee. Sanders rushes forward to capitalize but "Hells Halo" stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Ty lands a solid kick to the front leg of Dave Bailey. Bailey throws a cross that easily dodged by Sanders. Ty Sanders lands a hook to the body. Sanders connects with a sweeping kick at the leg of Bailey. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Ty Sanders eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Dave. A sloppy scooping ankle block is pulled of by Dave Bailey. Ty is able to pull him into his guard. Ty Sanders shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Dave defends a triangle attempt, throwing Sanderss straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Sanders is able to hold him to half guard. Dave Bailey tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Dave Bailey tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Dave Bailey slams his knee into Ty Sanderss ribs. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Ty Sanders takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Sanders attempts to grab the plum but is tripped to the floor by "Hells Halo" who lands in his guard. Dave takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Tys guard. It doesn't pay off as Ty makes his way to standing. "Hells Halo" narrowly dodges a cross from Ty, but falls catching him in his guard. Dave begins to work the rubber guard. Dave Bailey connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Bailey throws his leg over for a tight armbar from the bottom. Ty Sanders has to tap.
