Round 1 "Sushi Grade" strikes with a straight front kick. Walter lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of "The Real Deal". Martin lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. After dodging a jab-cross, "Sushi Grade" lands a kick to the liver of Price who steps back and begins to take a knee. "Sushi Grade" rushes forward to capitalize but Price stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Price weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Walter circles "The Real Deal", landing jabs and crosses at will. Walter Martin lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Price. "The Real Deal" connects with a right that puts Walter Martin off balance tumbling to the mat, as "The Real Deal" towers over him. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 "The Real Deal" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Josh Price takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Martin lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of "The Real Deal". Josh Price sprawls a takedown attempt from Walter. Walter eats several punches on the way back to his feet. "Sushi Grade" unleashes a flurry of punches ending with Price out cold from a right hook.
