Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Scott lands some solid knees to the legs of Juro Oishi from the clinch. Jamal escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A jab from Juro Oishi is blocked and a cross is returned by Scott. The fighters circle each other. Juro throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Jamal Scott puts Juro on the mat giving his back up. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Scott lands a devastating overhand right on Juro. Scott connects with a strong right hook. Juro Oishi is staggered by a jab to the chin. Scott strikes with a straight front kick. Juro Oishi takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Juro works Jamal into a corner from the clinch. Juro presses his head under Jamal Scotts chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Oishi attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Scott standing over him. Scott attempts to drop a fist on Oishi, but misses and lands in his guard. Jamal tries to pass guard but Juro stops him with a well timed punch. Juro Oishi attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Scott slips out at the last moment. Juro Oishi lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Oishi attempts an omoplata and almost has it sunk but Jamal Scott is able to survive any major damage. Oishi cannot finish the hold and decides to stand up. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
