Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Bernie works Ovchinnikov into a corner from the clinch. Bernie presses his head under Ovchinnikovs chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Feliks Ovchinnikov grabs the plum and pulls "DBA Misery Indexs" face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Feliks Ovchinnikov lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Ovchinnikov lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Bernie Evans. Evans parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. After dodging a jab-cross, Feliks Ovchinnikov lands a kick to the liver of "DBA Misery Index" who steps back and begins to take a knee. Feliks Ovchinnikov rushes forward to capitalize but "DBA Misery Index" stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Evans throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Ovchinnikov. Ovchinnikov lands a sweeping leg kick that puts Evans on his back. Feliks Ovchinnikov kicks at the thighs of Bernie Evans. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 After dodging a jab-cross, Feliks Ovchinnikov lands a kick to the liver of Bernie who steps back and begins to take a knee. Feliks Ovchinnikov rushes forward to capitalize but Bernie stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Feliks lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Evans. Feliks parries Evanss jab and connect with a cross that floors "DBA Misery Index". Feliks Ovchinnikov lays into Bernies thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Bernie Evans does so. Bernie Evans begins a combination but Feliks ducks down, picking Bernie Evanss leg. Feliks lifts Bernie Evanss leg as high as he can and throws a sweeping leg kick. A solid kick bruises the leg of Evans. Ovchinnikov lays into Evanss thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Evans does so. Feliks snaps back the head of "DBA Misery Index" with a stiff jab. Bernie Evans parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Ovchinnikov loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Evans for the mistake. Evans has side control. Bernie slides his knee across the body of Feliks Ovchinnikov and takes full mount. Feliks lands a good elbow as Bernie lowers his torso. "DBA Misery Index" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Feliks gives up his back to stop the attempt. Evans tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Bernie peppers Feliks Ovchinnikov with several shots to the face. Round 3 is finished.
