Round 1
The fighters circle each other. Macapagal circles Rube Lee, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Lee attempts a lazy shot, which Arvin sprawls, eventually taking Lee back. Arvin tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Rube starts to wiggle out of back control, Macapagal lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Rube Lee is staggered by a jab to the chin. Lee circles Arvin Macapagal, landing jabs at will.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Rube presses forward and grazes Macapagal with a combo. Macapagal wants none of the stand up and clinches with Rube to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Macapagal drops a huge strike to Rubes chin, landing into his guard. A strong chopping strike hits Arvin across the face. Arvin lands a series of return strikes. Arvin passes through Rube Lees guard into mount. Arvin secures his position. Lee gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Arvin lands a series of heavy punches forcing Rube Lee to roll to his back, giving Arvin mount. Arvin splits Rube Lees nose open with a well timed punch. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Arvin Macapagal circles Lee, landing jabs at will. Arvin works Rube Lee into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Arvin presses his head into Rube Lees chest, forcing him to the ground. Arvin dodges a few strikes from Lee and lands an elbow followed by a hammerfist. Lee is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Arvin Macapagal transitions to half guard. Macapagal drops an elbow onto the forehead of Rube. Arvin opens a cut over the eye of Rube. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Arvin Macapagal slips out of half guard and into side control. Round 3 is over.
