Round 1 The fighters circle each other. "PandaMan" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Pete Rowly gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Jolly Bear" locks in a body triangle as he takes shots at Rowly. Pete Rowly starts to wiggle out of back control, Will lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Pete Rowly is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Rowly fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Torres. "Jolly Bear" attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by Petes strikes. Pete escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Pete parries Wills jab and connect with a cross. Pete connects with a strong right hook. Pete connects with a strong right hook. Will Torres presses forward and grazes Rowly with a combo. Rowly wants none of the stand up and clinches with Will Torres to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Pete Rowly drops a powerful fist onto Torres. Wills eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
