Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ben lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Anderson fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Morin up for a flurry of hooks. Derrick Morin is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Ben. Derrick Morin ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Morin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Derrick Morin is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, "Dover Ms" prepares to pounce, but Derrick Morin gets his bearings just in time. "Dover Ms" drops a huge strike to Derricks chin, landing into his guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Anderson is staggered by a jab to the chin. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Dover Ms" attempts to grab the plum but is kept off balance by Derrick Morins strikes. Derrick Morin works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Derrick recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Ben Anderson lands a hook to the body. The fighters circle each other. Anderson connects with a hard right hand putting Morin on the mat. Anderson goes down with him into side control. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Derrick snaps back the head of "Dover Ms" with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. Ben throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Morin puts Ben on the mat giving his back up. Derrick tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Anderson starts to wiggle out of back control, Derrick lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Morin lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Derrick Morin stuffs a shot from Ben and lands several shots to his body. Ben attempts to pull guard but Derrick Morin makes it to side mount. Round 3 is finished.
