Round 1 Ward throws a cross that easily dodged by Lukyan Kirillov. Lukyan ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Ward and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Heath Ward takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Lukyan connects with a strong right hook. Lukyan Kirillov circles Heath Ward, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Lukyan catches a leg kick from Heath Ward, and puts him on the mat. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Lukyan snaps back the head of Heath with a stiff jab. Kirillov parries Heaths jab and connect with a cross. Lukyan snaps back the head of Heath with a stiff jab. Kirillov works Ward into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Kirillov presses his head into Heath Wards chest, forcing him to the ground. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Heath narrowly dodges a cross from Kirillov, but falls catching him in his guard. A couple of hard outside strikes opens up Heath Wards guard and Kirillov is able to move to half guard. Kirillov is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Heath Ward shifts his head and hips to keep Lukyan off balance and unable to land strikes. Heath Ward gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Heath Ward carefully protects himself from Lukyans strikes. Lukyan Kirillov lands one solid shot the chin. Heath goes limp and it's over.
