Round 1
Ralston winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Fritz Dawson hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Gregor Ralston gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Giving up his back, "Mini Rock Man" panics and gives up mount instead. Gregor Ralston attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Fritz Dawson maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
Fritz lands a double jab. Dawson narrowly dodges a cross from Gregor, but falls catching him in his guard. Fritz Dawson lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Gregor keeps his head down in guard to gather energy. Fritz Dawson uses the strength of his legs to sweep him over to his back. Fritz Dawson now has full mount. Fritz secures his position. Dawson splits Gregor Ralstons nose open with a well timed punch. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Fritz attempts a takedown but slips, and Gregor Ralston backs away. Gregor Ralston is standing over Fritz. "Mini Rock Man" stands over Dawson, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Dawson is able to grab an arm and pull "Mini Rock Man" into his guard. Dawson connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Ralston passes through Fritzs guard into mount. Fritz Dawson pulls Gregor Ralston close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Fritz gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Giving up his back, Fritz panics and gives up mount instead. Fritz Dawson attempts to escape mount but has no luck. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Fritz "Down by The Bay" Dawson wins by Split Decision
