Round 1
Gray hoists up Billy Hodges in the air for a slam but Billy Hodges makes himself too heavy and gets his feet back to the ground. Gray stuffs a shot from Hodges and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Hodges is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Dirk. Dirk pushes down Billys leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Hodges attempts to get to full guard but in the process gives up mount. Billy Hodges gets pummeled by the fists of "28 KOs To Go". Billy Hodges gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Billy Hodges starts to wiggle out of back control, Gray lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Billy connects with a brutal kick to the liver of "28 KOs To Go" who falls to the ground. Billy waves him back to his feet. Dirk parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
"28 KOs To Go" takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Hodges to hit him harder. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Dirk Gray places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Dirk works to Billys back while standing. Dirk throws a couple of outside shots until Billy Hodges is able to work his way back to the clinch. Hodges grabs the plum and pulls "28 KOs To Gos" face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Hodges releases the hold and lands an uppercut. Billy throws a push kick. "28 KOs To Go" shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Billys nose. Dirk Gray throws a few jabs at Billy Hodges that miss the mark. Gray connects with a hard punch making Hodges bring him in to a tight clinch. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Billy Hodges attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Dirk takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Dirk slides his knee across the body of Hodges and takes full mount. Dirk Gray maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Hodges gets pummeled by the fists of Dirk. Hodges gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "28 KOs To Go" slides to the side and spanks the butt of Hodges in a sign of disrespect. The crowd laughs uncontrollably. Giving up his back, Billy panics and gives up mount instead. Round 3 comes to a close.
