Round 1 A left high kick from Brewer keeps Dustin at bay. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Easter Surprise" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Simon Brewer sets a guillotine choke but "Easter Surprise" slips out at the last moment. "Easter Surprise" is now caught in guard. Brewer attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Brewer connects with a strong right hook. Brewer throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Dustin is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Simon Brewer lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Brewer connects with numerous jabs to the face of "Easter Surprise". Brewer hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Dustin. Dustin connects with a jab cross combination. "Easter Surprise" connects with jab cross combination. Simon Brewer circles Dustin Barber, then lans a push kick that knocks him to the floor. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 A single-leg attempt is well defended by Simon. Barber stands up, lifting the leg of Simon and executing a trip takedown. Simon begins to posture on his side. "Easter Surprise" lands a couple of outside hooks and Simon returns to the guard. Brewer backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Simon Brewer lands a devastating overhand right on Barber. Dustin hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Two quick punches opens up Simon for a takedown. Dustin pushes in and executes a forward foot sweep that puts Simon on his back. Dustin falls into side control. Simon Brewer takes a few knees to the body while under Dustins side control. Simon gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 3 comes to a close.
