Round 1 Sonny attempts to press in but Jihoon Bang uses a inside reaping to put Sonny on the canvas. Jihoon Bang hops to side control. Jihoon slides his knee across the body of Nelson and takes full mount. Bang maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Sonny Nelson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Jihoon Bang tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Jihoon Bang attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but Sonny rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 "No Dice" lands two crisp punches that wobbles Jihoon. Jihoon shakes his head and "No Dice" responds with a mocking wobble of his own. "No Dice" blocks a strong high kick from Bang and counters with a devastating left hook. Nelson turns slightly and fires an upward elbow rocking Jihoon Bang. Jihoon tries to hyperextend the knee of Sonny with a kick to the kneecap. Sonny hops back to avoid it. Jihoon connects with a strong body shot combo. Jihoon Bang connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Bang throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "No Dice". Round 2 is over.
Round 3 A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Jihoon Bang stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. "No Dice" misses with an axe kick that has Jihoon Bang back up. Sonny Nelson hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Bang eats a stiff kick to the face. Sonny Nelson attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Jihoon Bang takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Round 3 is over.
