Round 1
Jin eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "Mountain Goat". After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Chao Jin dazed. "Mountain Goat" breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Chao Jin connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Chao Jin eats a stiff kick to the face. A left high kick from "Mountain Goat" keeps Jin at bay. Chao Jin throws a push kick. Joao Rizzo shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Chaos nose. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Joao Rizzo parries a right jab and lands a beautiful crescent kick, striking the ribs. Joao hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Chao Jin. Chao is staggered by a jab to the chin. "Mountain Goat" lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Joao Rizzo throws a push kick. Chao Jin shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Joaos nose. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Joao Rizzo lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Chao Jin. Joao Rizzo then switch kicks Chao Jin on the opposing rib. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Rizzo dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Jin. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jin uses his under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown, landing in full guard. Joao attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Rizzo connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Chao who falls to the ground. Rizzo waves him back to his feet. Joao connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Jin moves in to press the action, but "Mountain Goat" lands a heavy back kick. The bell signals the end of round 3.
