"Sideburns" throws a crisp jab, but Matthew MacGrath slips it and moves in for the clinch. Hans Moody drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Matthew attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Matthew MacGrath lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles "Sideburns". Matthew MacGrath then switch kicks "Sideburns" on the opposing rib. Matthew misses with an axe kick that has Hans back up. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch.Round 2 comes to a close.

Matthew MacGrath chips away at Hans Moody with a series of kicks to the legs. "Sideburns" tries to hyperextend the knee of MacGrath with a kick to the kneecap. MacGrath hops back to avoid it. Hans Moody lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Matthew feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of Hans. MacGrath chips away at "Sideburns" with a series of kicks to the legs. Moody connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Moody snaps back the head of Matthew with a stiff jab. Hans continually moves away from Matthew, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. The round comes to an end.
