Round 1 Jones is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Ricardo Figueroa. Len Jones narrowly dodges a cross from "Pretty Ricky", but falls catching him in his guard. Figueroa drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Ricardo Figueroa pushes down Len Joness leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. "Pretty Ricky" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Jones gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Jones starts to wiggle out of back control, Ricardo lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A welt begins to form under Joness eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Pretty Ricky". Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Len Jones throws a hard jab but Ricardo Figueroa throws a cross right over the top rocking Len Jones. Len Jones connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Ricardo. Figueroa throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Jones puts Figueroa on the mat giving his back up. Len lands a series of heavy punches forcing Figueroa to roll to his back, giving Len mount. Ricardo lands a good elbow as Jones lowers his torso. Len Jones postures up and begins to fire off rapid shots from mount but Ricardo tripods up and sweeps him over to his back. Ricardo quickly gets himself to mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Len Jones fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Ricardo to the cage. Ricardo swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Figueroa is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Jones transitions to half guard. Jones is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Ricardo Figueroa lands a good elbow as Jones lowers his torso. Len Jones telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Figueroa gives up his back to stop the attempt. Len tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Len Jones lands one solid shot the chin. Ricardo goes limp and it's over.
