Round 1 Junior Aquino is staggered by a jab to the chin. Youssof fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Aquino. Junior is hit by successive knees on either side of his ribcage. Junior tries to land piston shots to "Free Win 4 U" while in the clinch. "Free Win 4 U" is able to hop up wrap his legs around Junior Aquinos waist, affectively pulling guard. El Ghazzawy gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. While in Z half guard "Dead Pinoy" tries to pull his arm off the ground but Youssof El Ghazzawy is too fast and uses an arm drag to spin and take his back. "Dead Pinoy" uses his momentum and rolls him back over and spins in the guard of Youssof El Ghazzawy ending up back in his guard. Youssof El Ghazzawy fires elbows off his back to the top of the head of Junior. El Ghazzawy attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. A left high kick from "Free Win 4 U" keeps "Dead Pinoy" at bay. Junior Aquino parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Youssof El Ghazzawy dodges a jab and clinches with Junior Aquino, delivering a knee as he does so. Youssof catches a leg kick from Junior Aquino, and puts him on the mat. Youssof drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. El Ghazzawy pushes down Juniors leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Youssof El Ghazzawy tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. El Ghazzawy hits Aquino with some punches to the side of the head. El Ghazzawy drops an elbow onto the forehead of Aquino. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Junior Aquino locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Youssof. A strong elbow forces El Ghazzawy to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Junior hovers over "Free Win 4 U" pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Junior waves for "Free Win 4 U" to stand up. Youssof El Ghazzawy blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. "Dead Pinoy" tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. Aquino starts to put on the pressure, forcing El Ghazzawy back into the cage. Aquino takes advantage and clinches. El Ghazzawy attempts to grab the plum but is met by an overhand punch from "Dead Pinoy". Aquino is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Junior Aquino lands some solid knees to the legs of Youssof El Ghazzawy from the clinch. The bell signals the end of round 3.
