Round 1 "China Numba Wan" works Frankie into the cage, swimming for double underhooks. "China Numba Wan" presses his head into Frankies chest, forcing him to the ground. Super Cuong Danh frees a leg and moves into half guard. Frankie holds the head of Super Cuong Danh close to avoid shots. Super Cuong Danh slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Frankie hits an upward elbow on "China Numba Wan", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "China Numba Wan" takes side control. Frankie Foster takes a few knees to the body while under Danhs side control. Frankie is wisely defending a kimura. Super Cuong Danh attempts to take it but Frankie is having none of it, though Super Cuong Danh has used the chance the slide into mount. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Foster sprawls a takedown attempt from "China Numba Wan". "China Numba Wan" eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Both fighters begin to exchange Foster catches Super Cuong with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Super Cuong gather himself. Super Cuong says he is ok and the fight continues. "China Numba Wan" is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Foster. Danh hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Super Cuong Danh shoots but Frankie Foster stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Foster is on the recieving end of a series of knees to the midsecion. Frankie Foster takes Danhs back standing. Super Cuong isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Frankie Foster lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Super Cuong to release. Frankie is staggered by a jab to the chin. Super Cuong Danh hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Danh hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Super Cuong Danh is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Frankie prepares to pounce, but Super Cuong Danh gets his bearings just in time. Frankie lays into Super Cuong Danhs thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "China Numba Wan" does so. Round 3 is finished.
