Round 1 Smith fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Cyrus Gad quickly takes his back. Smith tries to stand up but Gad plants him back down with several strikes. Ernest starts to wiggle out of back control, Cyrus Gad lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Gad wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of "Nipple Top". "The Virus" slides his knee across the body of Smith and takes full mount. Ernest Smith attempts to buck Cyrus Gad off from mount but Cyrus Gad keeps his base and maintains position. Cyrus punishes Smith with a series of strikes from the mount. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Cyrus reaches down and trips "Nipple Top" with a beautiful ankle pick. Cyrus dives into back control. Cyrus Gad peppers shot to the head of "Nipple Top" looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but "Nipple Top" is hand playing well. Ernest Smith starts to wiggle out of back control, Cyrus lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "Nipple Top" is caught with a double leg takedown, forcing him to give side control. "The Virus" slides his knee across the body of Ernest and takes full mount. Smith attempts to buck "The Virus" off from mount but "The Virus" keeps his base and maintains position. "Nipple Top" lands a good elbow as Cyrus lowers his torso. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 A welt begins to form under "Nipple Tops" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Cyrus Gad. Smith throws a push kick. Gad shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Smiths nose.
Ernest Smith throws a cross that easily dodged by Gad. "Nipple Top" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Nipple Top" carefully protects himself from Gads strikes. Ernest Smith tries to explode out the backdoor but Cyrus Gad sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Ernest Smith falls flat to protect himself. The round comes to an end.
