Round 1
"The Pretzel" connects with a series of punches forcing "Morning" into a clinch. Billy works to Ekkehardt Ritzels back while standing. Billy throws a couple of outside shots until Ritzel is able to work his way back to the clinch. "Morning" takes Ritzels back standing. Ekkehardt isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but "Morning" lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Ekkehardt to release. "The Pretzel" eats a stiff kick to the face. Ritzel connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
An outside leg trip puts Ekkehardt into side control. "The Pretzel" slides his knee across the body of "Morning" and takes full mount. Billy Wood attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "The Pretzel" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Billy Wood gives up his back to stop the attempt. "The Pretzel" slides off to the side of Wood and lands several heavy knees into his ribs. Before he can lose the position, "The Pretzel" switches back to full back control. Ekkehardt Ritzel throws a few punches opening Wood up to a deep rear naked choke. Wood can only tap out.
