Round 1 A welt begins to form under Kikadis eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Gray. Kikadi is leading with his head during his combos and Billy makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. Kikadi shakes it off as he steps back. Kulomba throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Billy Gray is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Gray circles Kulomba, landing jabs and crosses at will. Gray rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Kulomba Kikadi back into the cage dizzied. Billy connects with numerous jabs to the face of Kulomba Kikadi. Gray buckles Kulomba with a kick. Gray rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Kulomba is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Kulomba Kikadi parries a right jab and lands a beautiful crescent kick, striking the ribs. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Billy Gray drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Kulomba sets a guillotine choke but Billy Gray slips out at the last moment. Billy Gray is now caught in guard. Kulomba Kikadi works to butterfly guard. He shifts his weight to a side and bolsters to the stand up position. Kulomba Kikadi rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Billy back into the cage dizzied. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Kulomba catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Gray. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Kulomba Kikadi connects with jab cross combination. Kulomba Kikadi hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Billy connects with a strong body shot combo. Kulomba lands a solid kick to the front leg of Gray. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Gray does a good job to circle away from Kikadi but becomes too predictable and Kikadi lands a switch kick to Billys ribs. Gray throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Kulomba. Kulomba lands a sweeping leg kick that puts Gray on his back. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Billy throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Kikadi. Kulomba Kikadi takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Gray winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Kikadi connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Gray. The bell signals the end of round 5.
