Round 1
Eliot parries Caos jab and connect with a cross. Cao throws a crisp jab, but "The Lunatic " slips it and moves in for the clinch. Eliot Lambert works Cao Paiva into the cage from the clinch. Eliot Lambert presses his head under "Dynasty Warriors" chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Lambert gets a trip takedown from clinch and end up in the half guard of Paiva. Paiva holds the head of Eliot close to avoid shots. Eliot slams shots to his opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Paiva attempts to get to full guard but in the process gives up mount. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. While wrestling in the clinch "The Lunatic " uses incredible technique to throw Paiva hurling him like a small child with a Sumi Otoshi throw. Paiva is dazed and wondering where he is. "The Lunatic " now has dominant side control. Eliot attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Cao Paiva for his troubles. Paiva tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Cao attempts to get to full guard but in the process gives up mount. Cao gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Eliot peppers "Dynasty Warrior" with several shots to the face. Cao tries to explode out the backdoor but Eliot sinks in both hooks. Cao stands up but Eliot sinks a choke. Cao slowly succumbs to the hold and taps.
