Round 2 Agusalim connects with a series of punches forcing Will Stevenson into a clinch. Fauzi Agusalim works Will into the cage from the clinch. Fauzi Agusalim presses his head under Wills chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Fauzi dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Will standing over him. Stevenson attempts to drop a fist on Fauzi, but misses and lands in his guard. Will attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Fauzi slips out of it at the last moment. Fauzi goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Stevenson slips out at the last second. Agusalim attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Will slips out at the last moment. An attempt to pull a switch is blocked by Will but both fighters end up on their side. Both fighters scramble to a stand up. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Agusalim connects with a series of punches forcing Stevenson into a clinch. Agusalim receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Stevenson. Fauzi Agusalim drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Stevenson sets a guillotine choke but Fauzi Agusalim slips out at the last moment. Fauzi Agusalim is now caught in guard. Fauzi Agusalim tries to pass guard but Stevenson stops him with a well timed punch. Stevenson locks a triangle but Fauzi Agusalim defends well. Stevenson continues the attempt but finally decides to let go. Fauzi Agusalims face is red from the choke and sits low in the guard to catch his breath. Will Stevenson dodges some ground strikes from Fauzi Agusalim, and sends a few back of his own. Will grabs an overhook and lock his hands together wrenching the shoulder of Agusalim from in guard. Agusalim taps from the pain.
