Round 1 Aloysius throws a cross that easily dodged by Stevenson. Will narrowly dodges a cross from Van Dijk, but falls catching him in his guard. Stevenson is caught off guard by a kneebar attempt from Aloysius. Stevenson struggles out of the lock and attempts to scramble. Aloysius is too quick and lunges forward to take half guard. Will pops his head under the arm of Aloysius Van Dijk reaches down and grabs the foot. Wrenches up for a calf lock. Aloysius Van Dijk rolls out of the attempt. Will dives into guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Will dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Aloysius Van Dijk throws a push kick. Will Stevenson shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Aloysius Van Dijks nose.
Aloysius throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Will puts Aloysius on the mat giving his back up. Giving up his back, Aloysius panics and gives up mount instead. Aloysius Van Dijk pulls Will close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Aloysius Van Dijk bucks off Stevenson sweeping him to his back and slickly transitions to side control.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Aloysius Van Dijk connects with a series of punches forcing Stevenson into a clinch. Van Dijk works to Wills back while standing. Van Dijk throws a couple of outside shots until Will Stevenson is able to work his way back to the clinch. Stevenson attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Aloysius pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Will Stevenson throws a cross that easily dodged by Aloysius Van Dijk. Will Stevenson connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Van Dijk.
