Round 1 Bethan Ross connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Alexia who falls to the ground. Bethan Ross waves her back to her feet. Bethan Ross attempts a jab but is countered by a hard right leg kick to the knee and is instantly followed by a hard elbow to the chin. Bethan fakes a push kick, switching into a roundhouse to the head of Dos Santos. Dos Santos throws a few jabs at Bethan Ross that miss the mark. Bethan connects with a brutal kick to the liver of Dos Santos who falls to the ground. Bethan waves her back to her feet. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Bethan Ross snaps back the head of Alexia with a stiff jab. Alexia dodges a jab and clinches with Bethan, delivering a knee as she does so. Alexia lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Bethan Ross circling away. Alexia shuffles away from Bethan Rosss strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Bethan backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. Alexia Dos Santos catches a leg kick from Ross, and puts her on the mat. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Bethan Ross is caught square on the jaw putting her to the canvas, Dos Santos prepares to pounce, but Bethan Ross gets her bearings just in time. Alexia Dos Santos lays into Bethans thighs and then backs off and tells her to stand up. Bethan does so. Alexia catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Bethan Ross. Alexia kicks at the legs of Bethan Ross and then asks her to stand up. The referee tells Bethan Ross to stand. Alexia connects with a series of punches forcing Ross into a clinch. Dos Santos lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Ross lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Alexia Dos Santos for a trip takedown. Alexia Dos Santos is able to pull a switch mid-trip and lands in Rosss half guard. Dos Santos slams her knee into Rosss ribs. Alexia Dos Santos is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Round 3 comes to a close.
