Round 1 Sekibo hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Osaragi connects with a series of punches forcing Bade into a clinch. Masa Osaragi is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Sekibo lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Bade takes Osaragis back standing. Masa Osaragi isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Bade lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Masa Osaragi to release. Osaragi throws a few jabs at Bade that miss the mark. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. A trip to the ground allows Osaragi to move into the guard of Sekibo. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Bade Sekibo grabs a single leg and pushes Osaragi to the fence. Both fighters are jockeying for positional control. Bade Sekibo switches to a double leg but Osaragi does a good job of keeping his base. Sekibo works Masa Osaragi into the cage from the clinch. Sekibo presses his head under Osaragis chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Bade dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Masa standing over him. Osaragi attempts to drop a fist on Bade Sekibo, but misses and lands in his guard. Bade connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Bade connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Bade Sekibo shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Bade attempts to create some space from his guard, but Masa sees the opening and passes to full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Masa connects with a hard punch making Bade bring him in to a tight clinch. Osaragi works to Sekibos back while standing. Osaragi throws a couple of outside shots until Bade is able to work his way back to the clinch. Bade attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Masa pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Both fighters begin to exchange Bade catches Masa with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Masa gather himself. Masa says he is ok and the fight continues. Osaragi circles Sekibo, mixing jabs with body shots. Osaragi circles Bade, mixing jabs with body shots. Osaragi circles Sekibo, mixing jabs with body shots. Masa Osaragi rushes in grabbing an overhook. He then shoots his opposite arm beneath the overhook, falls back and tumbles, cartwheeling Bade through the air with a beautiful japanese whizzer and takes side control. The round comes to an end.
