Round 1
Mans Engman snaps back the head of Tsutomu with a stiff jab. Mans Engman connects with a series of punches forcing Tsutomu into a clinch. Engman works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Yasui works Mans into the cage from the clinch. Yasui presses his head under Mans Engmans chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Mans escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Tsutomu Yasui takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Engman connects with jab cross combination. Yasui connects with jab cross combination. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Tsutomu Yasui shoots in for a takedown but the attempt is stuffed by Mans. Tsutomu Yasui sneaks a foot behind Mans Engmans leg and takes him to the mat, landing in side control. Tsutomu Yasui slides his knee across the body of Mans Engman and takes full mount. Tsutomu Yasui lands a double punch to the head of Engman. Engman gets pummeled by the fists of Tsutomu Yasui. Engman gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Engman tries to explode out the backdoor but Tsutomu sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes.
