Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cao Werdum works Connor into the cage from the clinch. Cao Werdum presses his head under Denniss chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Cao escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Cao tries to hyperextend the knee of "TRIATHALON" with a kick to the kneecap. "TRIATHALON" hops back to avoid it. Werdum keeps Connor at a distance with some well timed jabs. Cao Werdum connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Dennis Connor is hit with a stiff double jab and stumbles to the mat, rolling to his back. Cao drops a powerful fist onto Connor. Connors eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
