Round 1 Vermeersch connects with numerous jabs to the face of Bogdanic. Vermeersch hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Lukas. Thomas circles Lukas Bogdanic, mixing jabs with body shots. Thomas Vermeersch connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Lukas Bogdanic. Bogdanic throws a cross that easily dodged by Thomas Vermeersch. Lukas winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Vermeersch ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Bogdanic to the mat, and his back. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Lukas connects with a series of punches forcing Thomas into a clinch. A strong elbow forces Thomas to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Lukas Bogdanic kicks at the legs of Thomas and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Thomas to stand. Lukas Bogdanic lands a devastating overhand right on Thomas Vermeersch. Thomas Vermeersch throws a crisp jab, but Lukas slips it and moves in for the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Thomas Vermeersch dazed. Vermeersch tries to break away from the clinch to no avail. Round 3 Lukas fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Thomas Vermeersch. A strong elbow forces Thomas to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Bogdanic cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Vermeersch back to his feet. Thomas Vermeersch winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Bogdanic connects with a hard punch making Thomas bring him in to a tight clinch. Vermeersch is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Bogdanic stomps the feet of Vermeersch. Lukas Bogdanic uses his under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown. The round comes to an end.
