Round 1 "WFLy Triathlete" bolts in to attack but is avoided with a smooth Tenkan technique from Ana Clara. Carvalho connects with a hard punch making Cheon bring her in to a tight clinch. Carvalho takes "WFLy Triathletes" back standing. Da Mi Cheon isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Carvalho lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Da Mi Cheon to release. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ana Clara is jockeying for position in the clinch. Da Mi throws a couple of light hooks but Ana Clara Carvalho lands a large outer drop and positions to side mount. Ana Clara lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Da Mi Cheon gives her back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 A shot is side stepped by Ana Clara Carvalho but quick reflexes and footwork lead to a second attempt that takes down Ana Clara Carvalho. Da Mi Cheon settles into her guard. "WFLy Triathlete" pushes down Carvalhos leg, allowing her to pass guard into half guard. Ana Clara Carvalho holds the head of Da Mi Cheon close to avoid shots. Da Mi Cheon slams shots to her opponents ribs and throws hard elbows to the thighs. Da Mi presses her foot onto the thigh of Ana Clara to get her own foot free. She successfully releases her leg and moves to side control. Da Mi Cheon wraps the arm of Ana Clara Carvalho behind her back and traps it. Da Mi Cheon pounds away with shots to the face. Da Mi attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Ana Clara Carvalho for her troubles.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Cheon throws a cross that easily dodged by Ana Clara. Da Mi throws a crisp jab, but Carvalho slips it and moves in for the clinch. Ana Clara takes Da Mi Cheons back standing. Da Mi Cheon isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ana Clara lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Da Mi Cheon to release. Cheon connects with a series of punches forcing Carvalho into a clinch. Cheon places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "WFLy Triathlete" goes for a hip throw of her own, but Ana Clara is able to counter it, sending "WFLy Triathlete" to the ground. Da Mi almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Carvalho lands a few stiff elbows from side control. The round comes to an end.
