Round 1 Pili Salazar takes Bryce Young down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Bryce Young. Pili Salazar drops a huge strike to Youngs chin, landing into his guard. Whiel caught in the guard, Pili Salazar opens up a cut on Bryce Young with a devestating elbow. Pili drops a few strong punches, opening up Youngs guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Pili splits Bryces nose open with a well timed punch. Bryce Young gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Patas" lays into Bryce Young with some strong shots forcing Bryce Young to give up mount position. Bryce Young attempts to escape mount but has no luck. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Bryce throws a cross that easily dodged by "Patas". Bryce narrowly dodges a cross from Salazar, but falls catching him in his guard. Young starts to lock a triangle. Pili postures up and Pili settles for a few stiff chops to Youngs face. Salazar attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Young takes the chance to switch Salazar over to mount him. "Patas" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Bryce secures his position. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 "Patas" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. "Patas" throws a cross that easily dodged by Bryce Young. The fighters circle each other. Salazar circles Bryce, landing jabs and crosses at will. Pili takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Bryce is hit with a strong inside leg kick that staggers him. Salazar takes advantage of the situation, tackling him and taking half guard.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Young keeps "Patas" at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Patas" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Salazar throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Bryce puts Salazar on the mat giving his back up. Pili rolls back into being mounted. Young maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Salazar attempts to escape mount but has no luck. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 A shot from Pili Salazar is countered by a guillotine from Bryce Young. Pili Salazar follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Salazar attempts an armbar, but Young stops the attempt. Salazar uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Pili punishes Bryce with a series of strikes from the mount. Young gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Patas" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Young rolls back into being mounted. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
