Round 1
Shige narrowly dodges a cross from Price, but falls catching him in his guard. Juro works for a triangle but Paul Price throws Juro Shiges straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Paul tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Paul slips out of half guard and into side control. Price lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Price drops some hammer fists on Juro Shige. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Paul circles Juro Shige, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Paul Price circles Shige, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Shige grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Price. Paul Price circles Juro Shige, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Juro is staggered by a jab to the chin. Paul Price shoots a takedown from a distance putting Juro on the ground. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Paul fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Juro Shige. Juro throws a short elbow at Paul. Paul dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Shige standing over him. Juro attempts to drop a fist on Price, but misses and lands in his guard. Paul lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Paul Price dodges some ground strikes from Juro Shige, and sends a few back of his own. Price shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. While in the guard, Juro Shige drops a long punch. Price throws the leg over and rolls it over into an armbar. Juro Shige has no choice but to submit.
