Round 1 Brian Teng connects with a hard punch making Buster Barber bring him in to a tight clinch. Barber continues to maintain the clinch, creating space often for strong elbows. Brian takes the back of Buster who works for a kimura. Brian pulls his arm out of the hold and push Buster away. Both fighters begin to exchange Brian catches Barber with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Barber gather himself. Barber says he is ok and the fight continues. Brian Teng keeps Buster at a distance with some well timed jabs. Buster Barber connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Brian Teng catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Buster Barber. Brian Teng lays into Busters thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Barber does so. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Brian Teng buckles Buster with a kick. Brian Teng rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Buster is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Brian is caught in a can opener and opens his guard. He lands two quick strikes but Buster Barber transitions to half guard. Brian Teng lands some stiff elbows from the ground, but Barber is able to take full mount. Barber maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Brian gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Barber peppers Brian Teng with several shots to the face. Teng eats a few stiff shots from Barber, and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Buster Barber winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Teng parries Buster Barbers jab and connect with a cross. After dodging a jab, Brian Teng lands a kick to the liver of Barber who steps back only to take a knee. Brian Teng rushes forward to capitalize but Barber falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Brian Teng kicks at the legs of Buster Barber and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Buster Barber to stand. Buster Barber throws a hard jab but Teng throws a cross right over the top that knocks Buster Barber to the ground. Buster Barber thrusts his leg into Brians knee while grounded. Teng lays into Barbers thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Buster Barber does so. Buster connects with a jab cross combination. Barber hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Round 3 comes to a close.
