Round 1 Ah connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Naidoo throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Ah Hsieh. Lungelo fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Hsieh. Lungelo is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. A full foot sweep knocks Hsieh to the ground. Lungelo Naidoo grabs a foot and kicks at Ahs thighs. He then backs off and "Gods Favourite Child" stands back up. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Hsieh eats a stiff kick to the face. "Zulu Slayer" presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling "Gods Favourite Child" to the mat. "Zulu Slayer" follows him into the guard. Lungelo dodges a few strikes from Hsieh and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. Lungelo pushes down "Gods Favourite Childs" leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Naidoo opens a cut over the eye of Ah. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Lungelo presses his foot onto the thigh of Ah to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. "Zulu Slayer" delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Hsieh to turn over. "Zulu Slayer" takes the back. "Gods Favourite Child" starts to wiggle out of back control, Lungelo lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Ah attempts a striking combination, but Lungelo Naidoo forces the clinch. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Ah is leading with his head during his combos and Lungelo Naidoo makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. Ah shakes it off as he steps back. Lungelo Naidoo locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Ah Hsieh. Hsieh drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Lungelo sets a guillotine choke but Hsieh slips out at the last moment. Hsieh is now caught in guard. "Zulu Slayer" attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. "Zulu Slayer" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Gods Favourite Child". A strong elbow forces Hsieh to lose his balance and fall to the floor. "Zulu Slayer" lays into Ahs thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Ah Hsieh does so. The bell signals the end of round 3.
