Round 1
Rickson throws a push kick. Leon Renaud shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into "Kunta Kintes" nose. A trip to the ground allows Rickson to move into the guard of Leon. Rickson keeps his head down in the chest of Leon to avoid any submission attempts. Rickson leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Renaud works for a triangle but Rickson throws Leon Renauds straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Rickson Alves tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. "Kunta Kinte" attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as "Gambit" gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. "Kunta Kinte" presses his foot onto the thigh of Leon to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Renaud hits an uppercut to the head of Rickson followed by a hard hook. "Gambit" hits an uppercut to the head of "Kunta Kinte" followed by a hard hook. The fighters circle each other. "Kunta Kinte" connects with jab cross combination. Alves circles Renaud, mixing jabs and leg kicks. "Kunta Kinte" catches a kick from Leon and drops down for a leg lock. Leon attempts to spin out of it but the lock is still tight. "Kunta Kinte" moves to a heel hook. Leon taps from the pain.
