Round 1
Fjodor Nikolayev parries "Shake Em Ups" jab and connect with a cross. "Shake Em Up" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Fjodor parries Kyle Sherks jab and connect with a cross. "The Last Emperor" takes a punch and goes to the mat, Kyle pounces into side control. "The Last Emperor" recovers quickly. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Fjodor connects with a series of punches forcing Kyle into a clinch. Sherk receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. While tied up, "Shake Em Up" is met with a hard uppercut. "Shake Em Up" lands a hook to the body. Fjodor Nikolayev is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from "Shake Em Up". A jab from Nikolayev is blocked and a cross is returned by "Shake Em Up". Nikolayev takes down Sherk, but remains standing over him. Fjodor drops a powerful fist onto Kyle Sherk. "Shake Em Ups" eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
