Round 1 The fighters advance and touch gloves. Ankeny throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Fernandez. Agapito gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Christoph Ankeny peppers shot to the head of Agapito Fernandez looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Agapito Fernandez is hand playing well. Agapito slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Agapito connects with a teep to the face of Ankeny. "Devil You Know" keeps Agapito at a distance with some well timed jabs. Christoph is staggered by a jab to the chin. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Christoph ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Agapito Fernandez lands a hook to the body. A lazy leg kick from Ankeny is caught by Fernandez who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Ankeny. Fernandez kicks at the legs of "Devil You Know" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "Devil You Know" to stand. Christoph Ankeny is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Agapito prepares to pounce, but Christoph Ankeny gets his bearings just in time. Christoph Ankeny thrusts his leg into Fernandezs knee while grounded. Fernandez kicks at the legs of "Devil You Know" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "Devil You Know" to stand. Fernandez lands a hook to the body. "Devil You Know" arm drags Agapito Fernandez into a double leg takedown, getting half guard.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Fernandez fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Ankeny quickly takes his back. Christoph Ankeny locks in a rear naked choke, Agapito is fighting off the choke and gives a thumbs up to the referee. After a few more seconds of control time Christoph Ankeny gives up the choke. Agapito Fernandez slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Agapito hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Fernandez strikes Christoph Ankeny in the temple with a spinning back elbow, staggering them. Agapito Fernandez feints and follows up with a hard cross. Christoph Ankeny stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Round 3 is over.
