Round 1
The fighters advance aggressively to center canvas, deciding not to touch gloves. Suri fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Chael. Aly Suri picks up "Ring Your" but "Ring Your" illegally grabs the cage preventing the slam. The referee gives "Ring Your" a verbal warning and returns the fighters to the clinch position. Aly escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Aly Suri connects with a right that puts Bell off balance tumbling to the mat, as Aly Suri towers over him. Suri stands over "Ring Your", works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. "Ring Your" is able to grab an arm and pull Suri into his guard. Bell backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Chael buckles Aly with a kick. Chael rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Aly is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Suri tries to move to half guard but Chael uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Bell taps out due to a hammer lock.
