Round 1 The fighters advance and touch gloves. "Sue You" presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Cuahutemoc Uyartu, aggressively pulling guard. "Duarte" attempts to pass Su Bins guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Su Bin snaps back the head of Cuahutemoc Uyartu with a stiff jab. Su Bin Yi connects with a hard punch making Cuahutemoc Uyartu bring him in to a tight clinch. Su Bin Yi takes the back of "Duarte" who works for a kimura. Su Bin Yi pulls his arm out of the hold and push "Duarte" away. Cuahutemoc dodges a jab and clinches with Su Bin Yi, delivering a knee as he does so. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Su Bin takes Uyartus back standing. Uyartu isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Su Bin lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Uyartu to release. Su Bin throws a few jabs at Cuahutemoc Uyartu that miss the mark. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Cuahutemoc Uyartu wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Yi. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Cuahutemoc takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Su Bin drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. "Duarte" slides his body to the side and pushes out of guard. "Sue You" grabs a guillotine hold and forces "Duarte" back down gaining side control. "Duarte" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Sue You" peppers Cuahutemoc with several shots to the face. Su Bin attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but Cuahutemoc Uyartu rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it.Round 3 comes to a close.
