Round 1
The fighters advance and touch gloves. Sajid Alovili hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. A trip to the ground allows "Big Boy" to move into the guard of Osamu Takemago. Sajid frees a leg and moves into half guard. Osamu Takemago snatches a kimura lock and sweeps Sajid Alovili over to side control. "Tanuki" postures up and lands a couple of strong elbows to the head of Alovili. Alovili rolls away from "Tanuki" but "Tanuki" follows him and takes his back. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Alovili connects with a strong body shot combo. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Takemago ducks under to the back of Alovili and hops up getting both hooks in. Takemago applies a deep choke. Alovili fights off the hands and spins around back into the clinch. Alovili drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Osamu Takemago gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Osamu sneaks his legs through and uses butterfly guard defense. Sajid is launched in the air but maintains balance in his opponents guard. Alovili keeps his head down in the chest of Osamu Takemago to avoid any submission attempts. Alovili leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Alovili uses strikes to open Takemagos guard. Alovili stands up and waves "Tanuki" up. "Big Boy" ducks a punch and snatches a tight Muay Thai clinch delivering a ruthless knee to the chest followed by a slicing uppercut across the head of "Tanuki". Takemago connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Alovili. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
"Tanuki" presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto "Big Boy", aggressively pulling guard. "Tanuki" goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Sajid Alovili slips out at the last second. Round 3 is finished.
