Round 1 The fighters advance aggressively to center canvas, deciding not to touch gloves. "San" connects with a hard jab as Devin attempts a wide outside hook. Devin locks around the waist of Daniel. He sneaks his foot behind Daniel Chengs and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Townsend wraps the arm of "San" behind his back and traps it. Townsend pounds away with shots to the face. Devin Townsend delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Cheng to turn over. Devin Townsend takes the back. Townsend peppers Daniel Cheng with several shots to the face. "San" carefully protects himself from "The Rizzlers" strikes.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Daniel Cheng lands a strong right cross, knocking back "The Rizzler". "The Rizzler" shakes his head, no selling the strike. "The Rizzler" hits an uppercut to the head of Cheng followed by a hard hook. A welt begins to form under "The Rizzlers" eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Daniel Cheng. The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Daniel connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Townsend. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Cheng connects with a series of punches forcing "The Rizzler" into a clinch. Townsend gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Cheng escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Townsend snaps back the head of Cheng with a stiff jab. Devin snaps back the head of Daniel with a stiff jab. "San" dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. The fighters circle each other. "San" fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Devin. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
