Round 1 Ty strikes with a straight front kick. Dalton takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Ty circles Scott, landing jabs and crosses at will. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Dalton lands a outside leg kick that causes Ty to back up. After dodging a jab-cross, Dalton lands a kick to the liver of Ty Jodoin who steps back and begins to take a knee. Dalton rushes forward to capitalize but Ty Jodoin stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. "Diamond Kid" is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Dalton parries Tys jab and connect with a cross. Ty is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Ty can continue. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Dalton grabs the plum and pulls "Diamond Kids" face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Dalton lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Dalton lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Jodoin. Dalton Scott lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. "Diamond Kid" moves in to press the action, but Dalton lands a heavy back kick. "Diamond Kid" throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Dalton Scott. Dalton Scott lands a sweeping leg kick that puts "Diamond Kid" on his back. Scott lays into Ty Jodoins thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Jodoin does so. The bell signals the end of round 3.
