Round 1 "The Shark" circles Paul Nash, landing jabs at will. Paul Nash dodges a jab and throws a knee to the midsection of Morishita. After dodging a jab-cross, Nash lands a kick to the liver of "The Shark" who steps back and begins to take a knee. Nash rushes forward to capitalize but "The Shark" stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Paul takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Paul lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Morishita. Paul then switch kicks Morishita in the jaw, stunning him for a flurry of punches that leaves Morishita out cold.
