Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Taylor gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Wiltsie attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Taylor pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. "The Titan" snaps back the head of Brent with a stiff jab. The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle each other. Brent is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Gil lays into Brent Wiltsies thighs with some well timed kicks while Brent is grounded. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Brent narrowly dodges a cross from Taylor, but falls catching him in his guard. Brent Wiltsie is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Taylor. Gil takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Wiltsies guard. It doesn't pay off as Brent Wiltsie makes his way to standing. Brent takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Taylor circles Brent Wiltsie, mixing jabs with body shots. Gil Taylor stuffs a shot from Wiltsie and lands several shots to his body. Wiltsie attempts to pull guard but Gil Taylor makes it to side mount. Brent takes a few knees to the body while under "The Titans" side control. A series of strong hammerfists forces Wiltsie to roll over, giving up his back. The round comes to an end.
