Round 1
AJ Long connects with a strong right hook. AJ Long circles Quique, landing jabs at will. AJ circles Quique Ruiz, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Long circles Quique, mixing jabs and leg kicks. AJ Long circles Ruiz, mixing jabs with body shots. AJ takes a punch while shooting but executes the takedown and ends up in Quiques guard. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
A single-leg attempt is well defended by Quique Ruiz. AJ stands up, lifting the leg of Quique Ruiz and executing a trip takedown. A deep cut is open up over the eye of Quique Ruiz from strikes in the guard. The ref stops the fight so the doctor can look at it. The doctor says he can continue. Ruiz backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. AJ circles Ruiz, landing jabs at will. AJ Long ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Quique Ruiz and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Ruiz shoots but "My Schwoms Is" stuffs it, eventually working in a whizzer and landing some sharp knees that allows him to move to side mount. AJ drops some hammer fists on Quique. AJ Long slides his knee across the body of Quique and takes full mount. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Ruiz takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Long parries Quique Ruizs jab and connect with a cross. Quique Ruiz throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from AJ Long puts Quique Ruiz on the mat giving his back up. Long tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Quique Ruiz starts to wiggle out of back control, AJ Long lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Quique Ruiz throws a cross that easily dodged by AJ Long. A double-leg shot is stuffed initially by Ruiz, but AJ Long is able to muscle through for a takedown. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

AJ "My Schwoms Is" Long wins by Unanimous Decision
