Round 1 Renzo circles Turcotte, landing jabs and crosses at will. Rua circles Eugene, landing jabs at will. Turcotte gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Renzo Rua tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Eugene slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. "CrazyBilly" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Eugene and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. "CrazyBilly" takes "BeastMode" down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over "BeastMode". Round 1 is over.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Renzo Rua places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Eugene Turcotte recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Rua circles "BeastMode", mixing jabs with body shots. Rua connects with a strong right hook. Rua is staggered by a jab to the chin. Turcotte is met with a hook cross combo that staggers him. Rua explodes with a flurry of punches. Turcotte is then thrown to the floor. Rua drops a huge strike to "BeastModes" chin, landing into his guard. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 A shot from Renzo Rua is countered by a guillotine from Eugene Turcotte. Renzo Rua follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Renzo slides his knee across the body of Turcotte and takes full mount. Renzo Rua punishes "BeastMode" with a series of strikes from the mount. Turcotte gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "CrazyBilly" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Renzo lands a series of heavy punches forcing Turcotte to roll to his back, giving Renzo mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
